Access and use of the Services is provided to the User by the Microfony Administration ("Administration"). Access and use of the Services is conditional on acceptance and compliance with these Terms.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Basic provisions:

1. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Service at any time.

2. The services provided by the Microfony mobile application may change from time to time without prior notice. In addition, the Administration may stop the provision of Services (or any functions within the Services) without prior notice.

3. The User is responsible for saving the password that he uses to access the Service, as well as for any actions under the password.

4. The Administration reserves the right at any time (but is not obligated) to delete or refuse to distribute any content in the Service and delete Users or correct user names.

5. The User is responsible for the use of the Service, for the publication of any Content in the Service and the consequences of these actions. The content that the User publishes using the Service can be viewed by other Users of the Service.

6. When registering, the User must indicate his real name, email address and not use other people's names, brand names, and also cannot use the name, any trademarks, domain names, and other distinctive features of the Microfony brand without prior permission.

7. The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. The User acknowledges and agrees that the Administration is not responsible for the availability and content of third-party websites or resources, as well as for the accuracy of the information provided on these websites or resources. The User acknowledges his sole responsibility and assumes all risk arising from the use of any such websites or resources.

8. The Administration is not responsible for any damage caused to your computer system or smartphone system, data loss or other damage resulting from access or use of the Services and any Content.

9. The User must not modify, adapt or hack the Service. The User must not transmit any viruses or any code of a destructive nature when using the Service.

10. As part of the provision of Services, the Administration has the right to send information messages to the User to the email address specified when registering the User in the Service.

11. The User must be over 13 years old to use the Service

Content:

1. All Content posted publicly or transmitted privately using the Service is the responsibility of the person who initiates the posting or transmission. The Administration does not approve, does not support, does not represent and does not guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any Content.

2. The Administration may modify or adapt the User's Content for correct transmission, display or distribution in the Microfony mobile application, the Internet, computer networks according to technical requirements.

3. By posting Content, the User grants the Administration a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license with the right to sublicense, to use, copy, adapt, modify, distribute, sell, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, transmit and otherwise use this Content.

4. The Administration may, but is not obligated to, delete content and accounts containing Content that the Administration determines at its sole discretion to be illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, defamatory, obscene or otherwise.

5. The User can use some individual paid functions of providing Services only after paying the cost of the corresponding functions determined by the Administration. The Administration does not refund the funds paid by the User for the purpose of using certain paid functions of providing Services.
